The Charles Bender Performing Arts Center

The Charles Bender Performing Arts Center (formerly Charles Bender High School) was renovated in 2014 to serve as a venue in downtown Humble.  The building, originally built in 1929, after renovations has become home to monthly concert series that are a fun evening out for the whole family.

The vision, and under the watchful eye and personal supervision, of former Mayor Donald McMannes, the Charles Bender Performing Arts Center is a jewel in the crown of cultural venues in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area and will stimulate commercial and residential growth in the community while offering a dichotomy of visual and performing arts to enhance cultural experiences close to home.
